A copy of a Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation or Marriage record from the parish register — for school, for marriage, or for NIRA and a passport.

National ID, or a letter from your catechist

You do not need these to register — bring them to the parish office before the day. Your registration cannot be completed while a required document is missing.
